Guest Services Volunteer Team
Our Guest Services Team make both first impressions and lasting impressions to those who come to WRCC each week. There are many opportunities available for you to serve, check them out below and see what sounds like a fit for you. Then, click the link below to let us know you'd like to get involved.
Parking Team
Commitment:
30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start of either service, once or twice a month
These first line greeters help ensure safety and enhance the guest’s first impression of Windsor Road as they arrive.
Greeter Team
Commitment:
30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start of either service, once or twice a month
Greeters are present at each of the entrances and in the foyer to promote the atmosphere of hospitality and to meet our guests with a handshake, a hug or simply a warm & welcoming smile.
Information Desk Host
Commitment:
30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start of either service, generally once a month
Information Desk volunteers are available to answer questions and direct visitors to any information that is of interest and escort guests to specific locations within the building. Good people skills are needed.
Coffee Center Host
Commitment:
30 minutes prior to either service or after the last services, generally once or twice a month
The coffee ministry provides coffee preparation before each service, monitors the coffee volume and area and keeps the Coffee Center tidy before and in-between the services.
Worship Center Greeter
Commitment:
30 minutes before and 15 minutes after the start of either service, once or twice a month
Greeters are present at the entrance to the sanctuary to help our guests feel welcomed to the service, they walk slowly around the outer edges of the sanctuary and remain visible and available to assist anyone who may need help or have questions.
